Len Jacobson, Lead Storyworker

After being anointed a writer from a very early age, everything I’ve done in my career has been inspired by a love of, and respect for, story. Ten years in England, high school through Masters degree, burnished that appreciation.

Over the two decades I’ve spent as a brand story consultant, I have come to understand that clients thrive when they clearly establish their story and use it as a foundation to all of their communications. In recent years, I’ve worked alongside talented colleagues to help clients in many different fields do the work of leveraging their brand stories. Through research, workshops, projects, campaigns and long-term consulting, stories have been told and clients have prospered. My work has evolved into a process that helps establish the core brand story, crafts tools to guide and inspire its use, then tracks and analyzes its flow through a brand community. A key component throughout is creating opportunities for meaningful dialog.
